Thanks, Lance.  I thought you told me angrily and
rudely in private email you weren't going to read
anything I wrote ever again?

I've made no secret out of being an author.  I've also
been free in offering anyone and everyone who offers
information at acknowledgment if they want it. 
Anything quoted directly, or illustrations of photos
reproduced, will be acknolwedged as is standard
publishing practice.

You haven't participated thus far in this
conversation; why feel the need to start now, and with this?
