Yes, with wasted spark, you just need to know where cylinder #1 is, that's
it.  Also, the stock ignition is wasted spark, so reuse of those components
is easy.

Joe didn't mention if they compensated for the 150 degree crankshaft...

First, the F2 was manufactured from 1991 to 1994, so it never came EFI.
The newere EFI motors aren't as cheap as an F2 engine.  Also, an F2 engine
can make decent power, and there are lots of parts for them.

I MegaSquirted an F2 engine, so I'm familiar with it.
