In fact it's simple. The problem with power FETs is their gate cap.
Take the gate C from datasheet and find the max current you'll get
to open the FET. If the current is too high you'll want to limit it,
but this will make circuit open slower.
Some HC bus drivers must be able to drive 24mA.
