Maybe not all of them, but it sure looks like the very
vast majority of them are.  Smaller displacements =
smaller injectors, which reduces the need for p&h
injectors.  In my research for motorcycles (which
granted are pretty small-displacement engines,
although they produce pretty high specific outputs), I
have yet to find one confirmed case of p&h drive... 
Still working on that ZX-12R.  ;)
