[Diy_efi] EEC-V revisited..

 I have poured over the archives and found nothing new on EEC-V stuff and am
about ready to look at commercial stuff, though have no idea where to start.
What I need to do is tune the engine fuel and spark, and then flash the factory
ECM and have it look like I was never there. Is there anything that will do
this? no ad in boards has to be full on stealth. And yes it is for off road use
as well, but still has to look factory fresh with no mods at all.
