i hope you like staring at and editing hex hehe

you have more experience in this area than me, what if you used say the guieectuner
software or tweecer software to make the file? can they output stuff to a raw hex file
that could be flashed onto the eec via the NGS?

also, are all 96+ flashable through the obd port or just 97 or 98+ when i think the epa
started to require it
