[Diy_efi] DIY-WB Heater Ckt Upgrades

As some of you have read, some WB units have an 
instability in the sensor heater ckt, interfering with proper 
or complete warmup.  It was found that a diming LED 
caused by this could be cured by adding a capacitor.  
A 0.1 mfd (like those in the ckt) was simply connected 
to pins 1 and 3 (outside pins) of D5.  There seem to 
be no negatives to this.  

For those with persistant low supply voltage problems, 
I have built a simple circuit that may be added to the 
DIY-WB, 3 connections.  It lowers the required battery 
voltage by 1 volt, to medium 11s.  Philip has posted 
the first drawing of it on his web site, below.
