[Diy_efi] Knock sensor for Olds

Well, (despite of what the Olds diehards say) Olds engines and Chevy engines
are of relatively similar design, aside from trivial things like bearing
size, valve cant angles, head flow, etc. Would running a flat-tappet
hydraulic cam make enough of a difference to throw off a knock sensor
designed for a roller cam engine?
