I may be thinking way too simply, but it seems to me if you can measure =
pulse width, you calculate duty cycle, and coupled with the constant of =
injector flow lb/hr, you can get a reasonably accurate measurement of =
the amount of fuel being injected into the engine. Of course, vacuum =
would play a part (unless, of course, the flow of an injector isn't =
affected all that much by vacuum, because of the regulator), and of =
course MPH can be gotten from the VSS, too. But the main concern is =
getting the fuel used data.
I wonder?
Chris

too many variables to base it on PW... Would have to input RPM, =
MPH, Pressure etc...
best to use a flow meter (on a returnless system... on a return =
system, need 2 flow meters, one for incoming, one for return to subtract =
that volume), and MPH

Has anyone ever used a pulse width meter to provide information =
for a gas
mileage/fuel used/trip computer?
