[Diy_efi] Injector flow rate

Thanks Scott and Adam. Glad to know the flow I calculated based on the constant 
in the chip is in the ball park and I'll try RC Engineering if all else fails.

My thought is I'll change the constant to 178, not change the VE tables or 
anything else and collect some data. The formula clearly shows the smaller 
engine with the same injectors should have a smaller constant; not bigger. Just 
calculating the change in the parameter based on the ratio of engine size gives 
me the 178 value, too (as it better if I'm doing the math right!).
