>From my little experience, without some sort of boost pressure relief,
turbos can be sized for power from X RPM to 2X RPM. That is, if it starts at
2300, it's done at 4600 and if it starts at 3500, it's good to 7000 RPM. Of
course, everyone will have an exception. TomS one exception is the dual
in-line turbo setups.
