Maybe you should at least pick up and thumb through
the book before spouting off about it. Nearly
everything in the book, including almost all the
graphs, are taken from decade upon decade of testing.
Not sure what 'real time' testing means, as all
testing takes place over some period of time, and
involves actual measurements; by that definition, any
situation where data are observed or recorded for any
reason would qualify as 'real time' testing.
You really have to learn to give up beating dead
