Easy enough.  Just run the two identical squarewave signals through an XOR 
logic gate, and poof!  You have a third squarewave signal with a duty cycle 
proportional to the phase difference of the first two, up to 180* phase 
difference (assuming 50% duty cycle on the reluctors.)
