[Diy_efi] Measuring Pulse Width/Duty Cycle of an Injector

Everybody seems to be making this complicated, just connect the diode of 
an optical isolator with a current limiting resistor across the injector 
(between the 12v supply and the driver for a GM type) and use the signal 
developed by the transistor, should be nice and clean low when injector 
on and high when injector off.
