Nope.  AirSonic.  Similar to the Holley Projection except it uses a air flow
sensor instead of map and throttle sensor.  Other inputs are temp and spark
firing, and coil negative wire.

I am guessing that this is an L, LU, LE, LU2 or LE2 Jetronic.
They used a tachometric relay in the circuit, the purpose of which, was, I
believe, to stop the injection pulses a short time after the engine stops
running in the event of an accident, etc.
Th absence of this in the test circuit could cause the observed symptoms.
