[Diy_efi] O/T: Electronic Leveling Control (air ride) '98 Buick Park Ave

Yeah.  The caddy had this sort of setup too.   fortunately all that happens
with these is when you lift the car, it assumes the ride height is 'too
high' and just opens the bleeder solenoid.   May burn out the solenoid after
a long while, but...  shouldn't be any big deal.
