[Diy_efi] Megasquirt

Hi Mitch,

because of the flexability (turbocharging a four cylinder European Ford) I 
went the way of an aftermarket ecu. Instead of Megasquirt I used VEMS 
instead. It comes with a harnes if you like.
VEMS is open source.
