Tuna is mine and is freely distributable, both source and executable. 
But, since it's only a couple weeks old it doesn't do much, basically
just dumps tables to the screen in a readable format.  You have to know
about the tables, where they're located and what they mean.  There's a
file for 1227747 but you'd have to do your own for any other ECM.  I'm
hoping to either recruit some help for further development, or see
others incorporate the code into their stuff.

BTW, the zip file now contains a dos/windoze exectuable if you want to
run it and see what it does.
