749 in a 730 - troubles

Uh, sorry.  Just going for the ability to tinker with the 730.  Hoping for a 
turbo later on...I turned off the 2-bar map sensor option for now.  Tried 
leaving the magnetic speed sensor option bit (0x0334) on and off, but the 
speedometer didn't work either time.
