But I might have trouble getting it back together. I went through

Works fine for me.  Quick, easy, and good for more than one car.

If you're using a datarase II like I am, the use a small pin to push
the safety switch in and down until it wedges against the plastic
housing and sticks closed.  Just make sure to use the main power
switch when changing eproms.  If you want mo' better instructions,
email me off list.
