7747 spd limit first, trip timers next?

I just used a Radio Shack Stopwatch, two monostable pulses, a counter and
went to the VSS.  $25 or so bucks and was done with it, and I can go from
car to car with 3 wires.
  By the time, you get wheel spin figured out of it, might get complex your
way.
