92 Camaro

I recall some time ago some folks offering to help reprogram ECMs for those
of us without the skill or equipment.  I have a 3.1L v6 motor from a 92
Camaro that I'm transplanting to another vehicle and need to program out the
VATS and any other frills I don't need.  The ECM I got with the engine came
with an ADS chip so the adapter socket and MEMCAL (?)  is already in place.
I assume this chip adds some performance over stock as well.  Can anybody
out there help me out?
