Looking at the CY7C008:

12 ns version: $106.90
15 ns ver: $79.56
20 ns: $43.46

Prices from http://www.arrowsemi.com (industrial customer prices, but
shoot - there's probably someone on the list that works for a high tech
company ;^D)
