Sounds interesting to me too. :) I spent this morning building the GCAR
interface again. I'd sent away my other one about a year ago... Now I
have a new one. As far as I can tell, the interface works.

Tom, is this a variant of the DOS based mon.exe that you did a long time
ago? I had stopped working on this stuff just after you sent me that,
but now that I've built the interface again, I'm going to start back up.
Did you put the program under discussion in the ftp directory?

BTW, I fit my interface in a standard size null modem adapter. Talk
about a packed board... 16 pin IC, 6 caps (big ones), 9 resistors, 4
transistors, 7805, all occupying about a 1" x 1.5" circuit board - and
less than 1/2" in height. ;)
