GM has a function where you short the diagnostic pin to ground and as you
drive the CE light let's you know A/F.
it flashes at 1 flash per second and with a 50% duty cycle (.5 sec on, .5
sec off) you're at stoich... longer on time is rich, longer off time is lean.
