2.8 Fiero Turbo Project

I am currently working on the electronic end of my turbo project, before
I go ahead and shoe-horn the turbo into my car, so I am trying to modify
the stock emc myself, rather than pay $1000 for one from Design 1.

I have found what I believe to be a 7170 ECM dump but it is in .s19
format, and the only software that I have found doesn't support .s19
files. I would appreciate a point in the right direction as to where to
find a .s19 -> .bin converter, or a .s19 reader.
