reset vector on a 68hc11

You are correct on the reset vector pointing to 2000.  I am working on a
similiar chip on my 88 cavalier.  One thing to remember is that you will
probably never get back to C language.  And not only that it, from what I
was told all of the earlier GM stuff was written in assembler and was never
in a higher language.  So it's manual plug and chug from here.   Sorry to
dissapoint you.  I hope I am correct on this.  If anyone else knows better
