reset vector on a 68hc11

I don't think any cars use the D3, but I have because it was the least 
expensive HC11. It resets in single chip mode with internal RAM at $40, The 
registers are at $0000 and vectors are at $FFC0 - $FFFF and ROM is at $F000 
to $FFFF.

In expanded mode, ROM (if enabled) is at $7000 to $7FFF.

However, some of the Moto development boards did tricks so that at boot, the 
64 byte I/O register block is a $1000 instead of $0000. Talk about causing 
headaches! Watch out for that one.
