Using TBI on moded 5.7

Spec with PCV connected is 5-30 IAC counts with a 600 RPM neutral idle, and
a 500 RPM drive idle.  I assume when you say that the PCV is "absent" that
you mean you have plugged that port, and are getting 30 counts?

>Disconnect your TPS. Measure outside terminals with your DVOM with the key
>on. You should measure 4.8 to 5.0 volts. You can check your sensor grounds
