For an S-10, almost anything will chirp the tires, maybe lightly smoke
them.  Advanced adaptors offers bracketry and adaptors to make this a
near-seamless project.

For emmissions... just take everything from the firewall forward, plus
the harness that goes to the ECM, all vaccuum hoses, canisters, etc, and
pretend its whatever donor that gave you the engine.

Most states seem to "insist" you swap in an engine of the same year or
newer... newer complying with emmissions better :)
