165 MAF troubles

Hmmm with your Maf methinks you may have a coating on the hot wire.
This would explain the low output. Still it shouldn't affect cold start
operation.
Might be you cold start injector.. The thermal switches do fail. And
driveability
will be tacky for a few minutes..

I have seen people who cleaned the hot wire carefully.. Also have seen
manuels expressly forbidding the same..
