If you want to use the FWD Buick computer, I'd use the FWD Buick DIS box
just to ensure compatibility.  It does spark nicely, up to about 5200
RPM then the spark power drops off quite sadly.  Big improvement over
bone-stock HEI.  I removed the rev limiter in mine via editing the
eeprom.

I have no idea quite honestly... I used the FWD timing cover with the
sensors, on the FWD block, then eventually the RWD block.  ALmost a
straight bolt-on.

I don't see why not... you might have to turn the RPMs up slightly...
but of course, I haven't tested this myself.

I would use the knock circuit in the ECM.  Everyone, feel free to
correct my advice.

That's okay, nothing wrong with mixing and matching.  I'm building
another 400+cid V8 mopar with GM EFI.  Hey, whatever works, right?
