New member with lots of questions... (fwd)

So, if I understand this, once I get the VSS working my IAC will work
properly.  I would assume that the IAC not resetting could cause the lean
condition that in turn causes the MIL and the poor economy??  That's my
guess anyhow.  

As far as reprogramming, did you say to scrap the idea of flashing the
prom??  PINE screwed up the message formatting and made it tough to read.
