I found similiar results, Gtech showed a 13.3 and I ran a 13.9 at the track, same run..

I think it depends on the vehicle, in my typhoon the rear really sinks and the front rises.  I would think in a corvette or similiar where body movement is not as great it should be closer to real numbers.  I do get repeatable numbers though, and use it for a tuning tool as it should be.
