That's a '747 application.

Are you sure?  The '747 doesn't use an IAT (aka MAT).  It has no
software to even read the IAT input.

The IAT sensor is a resistor to ground.  It has no 5V hookup.  You don't
need a limit resistor because it is OK to set the pot to zero ohms, or
in other words, go to ground.
