fuel pump pressure???

That's not all that uncommon for the GMT400 trucks.  My 88 L03 did this, and
both my 90 & 91 L19's do/did this.  GM never quite had the baffling in the
tank figured out.  Their advice?......keep the tank above 1/4.  Actually,
that worked.
