Add my vote for converting all html submissions to plain text.  I'm
surprised this isn't already a standard feature of mailing list
software.  Someday a Micro$oft e-mail program will extend html far
enough that viruses can be written in it - and simply viewing such a
message will infect your machine.

To whomever is writing the converter, here are two more requests:  Get
rid of multi part messages, keeping just the text part.  Turn text in
quoted-printable format into plain 7 bit ASCII text.  (quoted-printable
is why the raw text of some messages is filled with = characters.)
