Question about WOT table in $8D bin

I'll check against another bin at work. I don't recall
seeing negative numbers in that table.

  Hey guys. I got a quick question. What does the "WOT change to Air/Fuel
ratio compared to RPM" table in TunerCat for the $8D definition file ? I
mean it's pretty self explanatory but the numbers arent. Mine has both
positive and negative numbers. What is the relation between these numbers
and the actual ratio ?
