A Delco schematic I've seen for the 1277808 has a 0.01 uF cap to ground on
each of the O2 amplifier inputs. This is in addition to the 0.001 uF caps
to ground right at the J1 connector. I'd be surprised if the 1227730 doesn't
use exactly the same values.
