All those ECMs are about the same.  The '727 has different harness
plugs, but otherwise is the same as a '730, right down to all the U*,
R*, C*, and etc. numbers.  The various ECMs are populated differently. 
The schematic is of a mythical "everything included" ECM.  The '749
comes closest to that.

The capacitor is small, probably something like 0.001 uF.  All the caps
without values in the schematic are small surface mount devices.
