drive by wire and 42V

I hope they do get drive by wire on everything.  I have drive by wire on my
94 Chevy truck (6.5 Turbo Diesel), works real nice, especially the instant
response from the cruise. 200K on the clock and still the original APP
sensor (wish the injection pumps were as reliable). No sticking throttle
cables either!
