350 Chevy Turbo 350 in a CJ5 @3200 lbs, dog in low gear, low range, but second was like low all over again. Replaced it
with a NA 396, then 2300 lbs, then 427, then powerglide w/ xfer case, then 482. 4.3 at 85 mph in 300 feet of soft sand.
Carried an extra 100 lb lead weight in the front bumper to keep it down. Funnnnn  TomS
