EGR disabled and Knocking

Nope--it'll probably crackle a bit with EGR totally off...you'll
have to rework your main spark tables --try pulling 3-4 out
of everything in the 45-70 kpa map above 2000 RPM spk
table for starters and note if you get a better response.
