Hi Barry,
I always assume DESBOOST (ds #46) was the target.  Never looked at 51.
By watching DESBOOST vs BOOST, I figured out that I needed a much
 stronger wastegate spring, which got the two numbers closer together 
for more of the time.
 Now you gave me something to go look at.
