DIY-WB Output Voltage Scaling

     Most GM Controllers watch the FP relay voltage , compare it to bat
     voltage , then if there's a wide disparity , will adjust Inj PW or enter
     a Default Fueling mode. This is involved with the running time counter
     as well , in many PCM's. More Gotchas.
