WB, NB, and broken pistons

WOT can be detected by the throttle position sensor.
Or perhaps MAP.  In that situation where the WB is
used, a lean NB reading could signal return to 
normal open loop, or enrich till NB is not lean.  
And set an alarm.  It would take some development.
