165 $6E MAF scalar

Not sure what this means.  The EGR passages were clogged?  Or, deposits from
EGR operation clogged the intake tracks?  Wouldn't the latter make WOT less
thrilling?  That's certainly not a problem here.  Was the problem from
re-circulating real rich exhaust?
