ECM for '95 5.7 Yukon?

The transmission you have should be a 4L60-E, this is an electric shift 
tranny. Either of those PCM's are the same. The 7427 is the most up to date. 
Getting the PCM out is a piece of cake. Open the glove box and unhook the 
limiter strap, its a little plastic line. Then squeeze the tabs keeping the 
door from opening any further, now the door will rotate the rest of the way 
off. Disconnect the PCM connectors and remove it.
The eprom is a 27512 type. Read the broadcast code off of it and you can get 
it ID'd here.
