ALDL link, carbytes?

Is there any documentation on how to intrepret the 8192baud ECM 
data stream from a 4cyl 88 fiero?  Or generic info that applies?  Or 
an idea where I can this info?

I have software (carbytes seems like it would work just fine, and i've 
found a few others too).  I can build the cable (max232 schematics 
floating around).  I have no idea how to read what I get out of it 
though!
