Blown 350 with 1227730 ECM

I just copy the lower 128k to the upper 128k in the eprom burn software,
although there are several ways to do it.

The EPE file can be modified to allow editing of a 256k binary rather than a
128k. I just change the offset. You would need to create one base binary
loaded to the upper 128k using one of the above techniques.
